- Log into Ring Central Admin portal (Top Right Corner)
- Once logged in you will be redirected to the portal home page, click the tab at the top for Users
- Click the Add user button
- Select MVP User
- Type users email, First and Last Name.
- Make sure the inbox has properly been propagated before the next step
- By default the next option will be "Send Invite"
- Click submit and the user will be sent an invite email to create their account using their email.
And that it, sometimes the user doesnt get the invite and you will need to resent invite.
